The word trust has become so controversial. As many had found it so difficult to mention and so the word is going into extinction in our society today and the practice of it can hardly be felt. Instead, the set of words; “me, I and myself” which does more damage than good had become so prevalent. After a lot of researches coupled the consultation of different dictionaries on the subject matter, the word trust can be defined as: the assured reliance on the character, strength, or truth of someone or something; it is the basis of faith, hope and confidence. Many people had forgotten that we don’t live in isolation. What you do affects me and what I do affects you. We are all connected and the only thing that can make our connection mutual is trust. In any level of relationship, for example, a boss to subordinate relationship, friendship or even courtship, the element trust is very valuable and necessary.
